Each year, we measure our performance and evaluate our contribution to UK communities.

- 2,992 hours volunteered by our staff.

Entrepreneur Program
A program developed by the Coastal Investment Bank Foundation to support initiatives that create good social, economic and employment outcomes for the local community.

We support local community organisations through grants and sponsorships as well as provide products that assist their fundraising efforts.

B for Good is an organisation-wide program that puts sustainability principles at the heart of everything we do.
Volunteering Program
Our Community Volunteering Program provides our employees with two days of paid leave each year to volunteer in their local community.

Our ‘More than Money’ program for students in years 5, 6 and 7, was developed to improve financial literacy among young people.
